Experience one week in the beautiful Sorrento and Amalfi coast area with  this all inclusive package :

Private Villa in Sorrento , cooking classes, culinary tours, excursions along the Amalfi coast and Capri Island , see here below the detailed itinerary :

Day 1) All the member of the group arrives at the villa , where you will find a special welcome treat, get settled , relax and start to smell the scent of lemon grove ( private transfer from Naples airport or train station is included )

Your first dinner will be a four course mediterranean menu prepared by a local Italian Chef , served with white and red wine of the region.

Day 2) Private excursion along The Amalfi coast, land of sea and sirens.. kaleidoscope of different cultures. You will be picked up from your villa by a private driver who will escort you along the Amalfi coast , visiting Positano one of the most beautiful world site , than Amalfi and Ravello. You will have a beautiful light lunch sea view in Amalfi accompanied by good local wine.

Back to your villa by 6 pm , Your Italian Chef will prepare for you a real Neapolitan Pizza party , all you can eat .

Day 3) Pick up from your villa at 9:30 am for the Enogastronomic Tour.

You will be welcomed by a traditional Italian family which will give you a clear idea of some pillars of the South of Italy : Cheese , wine and liquor, olive oil and of course the Neapolitan Pizza. 

You will be taken first to the Lemon Grove  where all the participants will taste local lemons and homemade orange marmalade , they will show you than the recipe of the famous Limoncello liquor furthermore you will taste the homemade and organic producy of the Extra vergin Olive Oil.

The second step will be at Il Turuziello , the farm of the cheese maker , who will present you his farm and let you taste his wonderful cheeses , starting from the Provolone del Monaco passing than to the fresh mozzarella which he will be making at the moment just in front of you, as well as caciottine and fresh ricotta enriching the plate with fresh tomatoes and basil , for you to be accompanied by a glass of homemade wine.

Final step will be at the Restaurant ( to the Pizza maker) , he will explain to you how the real neapolitan Pizza is made of , using the old recipe with the use of mother yeast, said this you will begin to prepare the Pizza dough and with the classic “Tarantella” songs in the background you will be though how to through your Pizza dough in the air and enjoy your time, after you will complete your pizza using the top ingredients that you like most , just five minutes in the wood fire oven and your pizza will be ready to be eaten, along with water wine and a dessert.

After this tour you will be back at your villa and than in the evening enjoy the dinner in a local Salumeria/restaurant which is hidden from all the tourist of Sorrento , enjoy local products and homemade prepared meal. ( lunch and dinner included)

Day 4) After breakfast at the villa you will be taken to Sorrento Marina Grande where you will board on one of Capitano Ago’s boat for an all day excursion to Capri Island . You will be fascinated by the beauty of the coastline and the grottos of Capri where you will be able to swim and snorkel . You will be dropped off at Marina Grande in Capri where you will have about 4 hours to yourself for shopping and visiting the Island, eating or just relax in the Piazzetta enjoying the Italian way. Beverage and snacks are included on the boat , extra activities while in Capri are not included.

You will be back at your villa by 6 pm , free evening on your own.

Day 5) Pompeii Tour and Wine tasting at Vesuvio’s vineyard. Departure from your villa by 9:30 am with your private driver , arrive in Pompeii and visit the ruins with a private guide who will escort you through this ancient town buried in lava . After your 3 hours visit the ruins you will be taken to Cantine del Vesuvio vineyard at the sloop of Mt. Vesuvio where you will walk through their amazing grapes grove and taste some of the Campania region’s most well known wines , than you will enjoy a homemade prepared lunch by the Family of Maurizio Russo and continue enjoying the wine.  ( private guide of Pompeii , lunch are included )

Day 6) Olive oil tour and tasting and hands on Cooking class . Relaxing morning and pick up at 10:30 for the Visit of the olive grove in Sorrento with a nice Italian lady from a presentation of areas for the cultivation and harvesting. The second stage will be the visit to the mill with the old millstones and metal press to play the ancient technique of processing olives and then visit to the modern mill, description of the modern process, which is less glamorous but definitely safer qualitatively.

Finally, oil tasting and typical products and different Extra Vergin Olive oil to buy and bring back home with you.

Back at the Villa , enjoy a light lunch on your own and get ready for your 4 pm hands on cooking class at your Villa , The same Chef of the First night will come at the villa with fresh and genuine products he found on the market to prepare all together an authentic Mediterranean 4 course meal . You will be making an antipasto , a fresh pasta course , a second course and a dessert which you than enjoy all together for dinner. ( cleaning service also included )

Day 7) Enjoy your last day in Sorrento , Take the chance to walk through the town , visit the beach , enjoy the shopping or relax at the villa.

Day 8) Time to say goodbye and private transfer back to Naples airport or train station.

This amazing itinerary includes accomodations in private villa, daily excursions filled with exclusive culinary tours and gastronomic activities , vineyards, olive groves, restaurants and other delicious Amalfi destinations.

Day 1)

Pick up at Naples airport or train station to your Private villa in Sorrento.

Day 2)

Morning gastronomic activity tour to Cantine Stinca for a wine tasting than continue to Extra Vergin olive oil farm tour and tasting, last stop Cheese making and tasting.

Afternoon hands on cooking class, preparation of a four course typical mediterranean menu .

Day 3)

Pick up at 9 am and departure for an all day boat tour to Capri island. Cruise along the Sorrentine coast and around Capri Island on a beautiful typical gozzo Sorrentino wood made boat from Fratelli Aprea. Private Chef come at your villa to prepare a delicious mediterranean dinner.

Day 4)

Pompeii and Vesuvius excursion . Discover the ancient Roman town all covered in lava than up to Cantine del Vesuvio for a unique hands on cooking class at the sloops of Mount Vesuvio.






Day 5)

Discover the Amalfi coast . A full day escorted tour , visiting the fascinating Positano , the seafaring village of Amalfi where your driver will take you for a delicious lunch on a beautiful sea view terrace , and at the end the balcony of the coast Ravello.

Dinner at Nello’s to taste most of the fresh products cooked in a simple genuine way.

Day 6)

Free morning for shopping in Sorrento . Enogastronomic tour in Massa Lubrense , learn more about the Provolone DOP , our wines , Limoncello liquor , homemade jams and of course the Neapolitan Pizza .

cooking class and wine tasting

Don’t miss the bubbling experience of an hands on cooking class in a 12 hectares vineyard at the slops of Mount Vesuvius . 

The Family has worked the hills since 1948 to arrive at the creation of a winery made of organic products along with their warm Italian hospitality to produce the local wines which are sold in their own wine shop.

Visit this old fascinated family run vineyard in Trecase , here you can stop to visit the winery taste some Lacryma Christi accompained by local products from the sloops of Mt. Vesuvius , have a tasting lunch along with different wines and prosecco or an hands on cooking class , everything held on the terrace overlooking the Mediterranean.

The Tasting menu is made of:

  • Antipasto of local products such as provolone cheese , salumi , our typical “casatiello”, bruschetta with Piennolo tomatoes and pizza bread along with white Lacryma Christi del Vesuvio , Rosato and red Piedirosso .
  • Spaghetti pasta made with the Piennolo tomatoes and fresh basil along with Lacryma Christi riserva .
  • Neapolitan Pastiera along with Capafresca spumante rosato and Acquavite di albicocche from Mount Vesuvius.

There are also menu options for celiacs , vegetarian and vegan.

The cooking class Experience is the following : 

  •  A welcoming aperitif with Capafresca rosè Spumante while deeping  wood fired baked bread and our organic oil of olive and sweet vinegar.
  • A member of the family will escort you throughout the organic vineyard, vegetable garden (for picking what is needed during the lesson when possible) cellar and storage cellar.
  • The Gulf of Naples menu includes ravioli Capri style, Neapolitan eggplant parmigiana and Almond cake with Sorrento lemons.

Participants will have the opportunity to actually make their own dough, fill and shape the ravioli, assemble the eggplant parmigiana and make the cake from scratch.

Lacryma Christi white 2014, rosè 2015, red 2014 and Riserva 2012 will be served during the cooking class and meal. Apricot liqueur will be also served with dessert.

All the experience will take about four hours and people are welcome to stay around to enjoy their own time in the peaceful vineyard.

Starting time is at 9.30 am or 2 pm.

Price is 85 euro a person all inclusive.
