Cooking & Sightseeing Holiday Package:
This package is for cooking lovers and for those who at the same time wants to discover new places and the origin of the mediterranean food.
1st day: Private transfer from airport or train station in Napoli to your accommodation Sorrento
Get settled in room, time to relax for a minute and get ready to discover Sorrento
2nd day: Pick up from your accommodation at 9 am departure to a Visit of Pompeii ruins, about 2/3 hours visiting the ruins then back to your hotel. At 3:30 pm start your first cooking lesson, learning about typical starter, fresh pasta, Ragù sauce with Braciole and of course dessert.
Dinner after class with your food fellows.
3rd day: Pick up at 9 am for your half-day tour to Mt. Vesuvio & Herculaneum.
Back in the kitchen for your second day class at 3:30 pm for other unique dishes, such as Calzone, Gnocchi Sorrentina, Fish crazy water style and Chocolate Flan dessert. Dinner after class with your food loving fellows.
4th day: Pick up at 9 am departure for the breathtaking Amalfi coast with stops along the way. Positano with the Limoncello taste than the famous Ceramic “Casola” of Amalfi to see the art of hands on manufacture pottery .
Last stop Ravello at the spectacular Villa Ruffolo.
Dinner in a typical local restaurant.
5th day: Neapolitan Pizza making in the wood fire oven. Class start at 11:30 am until 2 pm.
6th day: Pick up at 9 am departure for an amazing day on a boat tour to Capri Island with my professional friends Capitanoago’s team
Dinner on your own
7th day: Pick up from your hotel, time to say Arrivederci and Buona Fortuna, transfer back to Napoli airport or train station.
