Pastry course

The sweet part of Life.

This course is dedicated to all the gourmand people that wish to learn some of the classic and most famous pastries of the South of Italy.

This course consist in 5 lessons of 3 hours each , the time depends also on the pastries prepared. You will learn two pastries per lesson and the last lesson will be focused on the Italian Gelato ice-cream, the lesson will start at 11,30 am until finish.

This hands on Patisserie course will be held by expert Chef  by using top quality local produce.
In one week the students will learn 10 different pastries.

Rhum Babà, Sicilian Cannoli, Tiramisù, chocolate flan, Neapolitan delis and Lemon delis , Puff Pastry with Strawberries & Custard, Zeppole di San Giuseppe and others.
