“Minestra Pasqualina” the Easter soup, the home made Agnolotti pasta, in the sout of butter, fresh sage and parmesan and the Tagliolini pasta (Noodles) made from durum wheat semolina with porcini mushrooms, smoked cheese of the lattari mountains and wild home made boar sausage stuffed with double die. A second course of Lamb Roman style, 6 months lemb, with new potatoes and Mediterranean herbs. The pastries of course: Pastiera of wheat, with fresh ricotta cheese, and the classic Babà.
You will learn a typical Easter menu with a local family in an unique experience , feeling and living this time of the year , meeting other people , cooking traditional Easter dishes.
